OUR OFFERING

The experience I have gathered from 20 years at Lufthansa German Airlines AG, as well as Director of Personnel at Swissair, Sulzer Medica and Unaxis, has taught me how to get along with seemingly unsolvable situations. As a member of the “Future Work Forum”, an international network of personnel experts, today I am already working on the problems that will face all of us tomorrow.

Professional Change Management, attractiveness in the job market as an employer, new work structures, pioneering compensation packages and a sustainable succession planning system are relevant issues not only for large, global corporations. On the one hand because of my involvement in various projects, but additionally as President of the Board of Directors of an SME, I have gathered the experience needed to understand how the conceptual advance performance of the multi-nationals can be individually adapted to the needs of small and mid-sized companies and put to their beneficial use.

It doesn’t matter whether your company is big or small or whether you want to analyze the entire breadth of your Personnel Management structure or only optimize a few, carefully-selected aspects: Expensive, package solutions are not what we offer. Either as a consultant or as a coach, I will work out – with your active involvement and close cooperation – tailor-made solutions that are not only innovative and sustainable for the future, but also at the same time effective and efficient. Meaningful developmental and training programs are always part of the solution. My lecturing experience at a variety of universities and colleges - for example, the University of St. Gallen and the Zurich College of Economics - can contribute to the realization of your goals.
