About us

The company peopleXpert gmbh was founded in January 2006 by Matthias and Regine Mölleney on the banks of the Greifensee in Uster, Switzerland.

For us at peopleXpert, the combination of innovation and individually-tailored solution-based ideas with an effective, pragmatic and people-oriented implementation lies at the heart of everything we do. We never stop passionately striving for these goals.

Our consulting, training and coaching offering is directed toward companies, organizations and senior executive staff members who want to improve their personnel management skills and leadership competencies in an effective manner.

We have also generated an additional instrument – our “Denkfabrik Greifensee” – that can give you not only the space you need for creative thought to take place, but also offers you the support you need to implement your ideas.

And ultimately our commitment extends well beyond the commercial aspect: We spend up to 20% of our time capacities being involved in voluntary activities and projects.
